the art of customer demands....

In this life, i have yet to experience what is worst and and what is much worse. I mean, i belong to the kitchen, i've been playing around with your food. And hell, you damn pay for it. ON the next blogs, i'll be letting you on the insight of my career. my indystry and whatever bores you to death you just want to eat. But make sure you watch out what you eat.

If i have experienced bad food, i've most gloriously experinced the best. If it is muck like sex, drugs or alcohol that could intoxicate some people, i don't need that. i eat good food. and if my paycheck counts me right, i don't save, i eat, dine out and be a bloat. that is my life, my sojourn on every corner of this career i have chosen. it is the most captivating, addictive thing i have met. I've actually fallen in love.

I work from 11am to 1am to drive an hour to cook food in my little nook called restaurant. i wake up at least 2 hours before and review all my specials (those stuff that are fresh but on their way...) i arrive to work, say hi to all my staff and sit down with them. lunch time, i handle and manage my kitchen and yell all the time up until 2. all my strength are just up and down. you pay me half of your salary to enjoy? i'll give it to you. cause if i was in you position i'b be able to knock you down with just a forsaken ice pick if you serve my steak well done. expect, that after 12 hours, you are in your rigor mortis stage.

I have yet to save the next hour on this next paragraph. my in-between lunch and dinner time is slow, but i prep for dinner so i'll have cash recieving for dinner sales and hopefully wake up again to buy the stuff i need. So in these dead times, i pump up my sound systems up for some true blue jazz. i attract old people. they are like flies in my trap waiting for their coffee, equal sugar and frothed milk on the side. they order my blue cheese burger split into four, a pizza and coke to share. For some high sugar fix maybe.

Dinner, i'm not packed but i'm satisfied with my clients. they bring out the best patience i have saved in me. maybe it was destiny. one night, a couple ordered pizza, my office girl, who is very good with exquisite food description place, and overload of meat and vegetables for our most expensive pizza. we were on a dry run anyway. but, even i placed in the shoes of the customer would complain seeing a pizza, sparingly filled with salami, pancetta, prosciutto, capsicums and mozarella cheese. at the middle of a hot night on the line, the waitstaff had to excuse me, from the line! she said that the the guests were looking for me. they were polite in a way. i offered to change the pizza for an overloaded on, but they volunteered not to. instead, burst fumes at me all of a sudden and demanded not to put the pizza of the bill. i gave them dessert for free for some bitter "sweet ending". that is just the beggining, i had then to go back on the line, and be called at least 8 times more for my perfect food.
